What is Omarchy?
Omarchy is an opinionated Linux setup created by DHH. It's built on Arch Linux and the Hyprland tiling window manager, and it ships with sensible defaults, beautiful themes, and a keyboard-driven workflow so you can go from a fresh install to a ready machine quickly.
Why a SoCal meetup?
Online forums are great, but some things go better in person: install help, trading dotfiles, showing off a rice, or just meeting the people behind the handles. We're based in Southern California, somewhere between LA, Orange County, San Diego, the Inland Empire and Ventura, but anyone willing to make the drive is welcome, whether you're coming from Bakersfield, Vegas, or further.
